ENGINEERING TEST MANAGER: Write plans and reports for qualification and other related tests; select and contract with outside test facilities; coordinate test activities inside and outside of ASC; collect, analyze, and compile test data; interact with customers. Applicants must have BSME or related field; mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability; good written and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of PC’s and associated office software; ability to handle multiple tasks; ability to self start and self direct in daily activities; and the ability to work effectively in a team with technicians and engineers. MACHINE SHOP SUPERVISOR: Must have 5 yrs exp supervising others; advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge (will be tested); 3+ yrs exp with CNC programming (preferably Mastercam) & set-up and operation, 3+ yrs exp with conventional lathe and mill set-up and operation; experience identifying need for and economically requisitioning cutters/shop supplies; experience deburring/cleaning components; ability to routinely sit, stand, walk, reach, lift & carry 50 lbs and utilize color vision; must have high degree of professionalism, maturity and communication skills (written / verbal). LINE SERVER/CYCLE COUNTER: ( 2 positions available)
Responsible for pulling parts to support production requirements. Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliation of GPI inventory to maintain accurate inventory on all materials. Must have good computer skills, forklift experience, inventory control experience, and a strong attention to detail. Applicant must be able to meet physical requirements of this position. PRODUCTION ENGINEER:
Individual will represent engineering with production, sales and regulatory agencies and report to engineering manager. Will work on existing mechanical and electrical products. BS in engineering recommended but not required. Minimum of 5 years of product design experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidate should have excellent analytical skills and be able to work with all areas of company and supply chain. Proficient with CAD tool Autodesk Inventor or equivalent.
